This vacation home is in a quiet neighborhood close to many eating and shopping options in North Fort Myers, including the popular Sunset Harbor Village. The El Rio Golf Course, behind the home, is an executive course, open to the public on a pay-per-play basis (guests will need to provide their own golf equipment.) The North Fort Myers Community Pool, a Lee County Parks & Rec facility, is a mile from the home. Please check with the facility for current fees and daily opening schedule.

Just a short drive across the river you will find the lively up and coming River District of Downtown Fort Myers - a great place for nightlife, dining, bar hopping, shopping and people watching!

You won't be without of lots of white sandy beach options within a short drive for your home base in North Fort Myers, and a trip to Florida isn't complete without at least one beach day!

Additional destinations such as Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Matlacha, Pine Island, Cape Coral, Boca Grande, Bonita Springs, and Naples offer some of the finest shopping, dining, wildlife, watersports, professional sports and cultural experiences you could hope for during your time in southwest Florida, and are all close enough to fill your days with new and exciting adventures!

The property is 21 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, 22 miles from the Punta Gorda Airport and within 20 miles to Fort Myers Beach, Matlacha, Pine Island, and Cope Coral.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home, front entryway, garage, and lanai.

No events, parties, or large gatherings allowed.

No pets allowed.

Since SW Florida is a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets close to freezing, which leads it to being desirable for humans, geckos, and insects. Despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside the property. Refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.
