Spacious Family-Friendly Home Near Kaiteriteri, Lots of Parking & Sports equip

Holiday at our renovated, historic haven just minutes from Kaiteriteri Beach, Abel Tasman National Park and perfect as a stopover for Golden Bay. Our home offers sunshine and everything you need for a perfect getaway: basketball net, volleyball net, football goal, trampoline, hammock, BBQ and firepit. Inside, enjoy a 65" TV with Netflix and Disney, a full modern kitchen, two showers, one bath, and sleeping for 7 plus a cot. Filtered bore and spring water, ducted heat pump/AC, and ample parking.

The stunning entrance leads to steps up into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. There are two kitchen tables, comfortably seating 8+ in total, with a high chair available in the laundry if needed.

We have high speed internet (Starlink) so no worries about streaming etc.!

The house features a shower room with a toilet and a bathroom with both a shower and bath. The living room is equipped with a TV featuring streaming platforms and a DVD player and the sliding doors open out onto the volleyball area - we highly recommend the oranges from the tree here!

There are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one of which has a cot available. There’s also a small single bedroom with a single bed and storage and a double-sized bedroom with bunk beds and built-in wardrobes.

You’ll have full use of the gardens, parking, and sports equipment - kayaks are in the carport on the other driveway (have a walk around the gardens and you'll find them).

There’s full access to the downstairs of the house, while the small upstairs section and a sleepout will be locked to store our personal items. Feel free to walk through the pear and apple orchard behind the house, and please let anyone who asks know that you're staying at 124. There’s also a nearby river that’s perfect for swimming on a hot day. Best of all, though; drive a few minutes to Kaiteriteri beach!

You’re perfectly situated for access to Golden Bay, Kaiteriteri, Marahau (and Split Apple Rock!) and Motueka. You’re also not far from Richmond and Nelson for a day trip.

There will be the following available to use with the basketball net, football goal and volleyball net:

- footballs
- basketballs
- a volleyball
- badminton rackets and shuttlecocks

Please note: use of sports equipment, including the trampoline, is at your own risk.
