Watersedge comfortably hosts up to 13 guests within its four spacious bedrooms. Brilliantly designed, each bedroom boasts plush sleeping arrangements and a stunning view. Among these, you'll find the bunk bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and main bedroom with 3 way main bathroom offering privacy and convenience.

As you enter this lakeside haven, bright, airy interiors perfectly blend with contemporary decors to create a welcoming ambiance. The generous living area, highlighted with a smart TV and ceiling fans, is a great spot for some friendly banter or a Netflix night. A well-equipped kitchen stands ready, inclusive of modern appliances like a blender and dishwasher, and thoughtfully stocked with essential pantry items such as coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Thoughtfully catering to the needs of our guests, Watersedge provides a laundry room complete with a washing machine and dryer. Other amenities for your comfort include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, high chair for the little ones, Bluetooth portable speakers, and an array of board games.

- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.

- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Sussex Inlet is known for great boating, fishing, canoeing and many other water sports because of its fantastic location on the estuary, a unique town where having a jetty in your backyard is the norm. The estuary winds back into the extensive St Georges Basin waterway in one direction, and to the open waters of the Pacific Ocean in the other, so there is a myriad of seaside activities for all ages and interests. The Inlet is accompanied by the humble villages of Swan Lake, Cudmirrah and Berrara.

The Brown Lounge is a beautifully decorated home situated directly on the waterways of Sussex Inlet. We have furnished and designed the home with families in mind. There are two queen rooms, a triple bunk room and a large kids room with king single bunk beds. The kids bunk room also has its own ensuite.

The backyard is fenced to keep the little ones safe and you can watch them play on the grass from the expansive deck. It's the perfect place to relax with a drink, a good book and listen to the sounds of the water and the wildlife.

You have your own personal jetty to tie up your boat where you are a short cruise away from the Haven and St Georges Basin.

The large kitchen is the centre of the home with a large island bench and a eat in breakfast bar. There is plenty of room to be cooking up the most amazing culinary delights!

The kitchen also overlooks a covered deck with bifold windows. This second deck has a smart TV, kids toys and lounges which gives you another space to relax.
