The beach is so close you will smell the sea air and hear the waves rolling in from this two-storey home which is just minutes away from the Chiton Rocks Surf Club & the lovely Chiton and Boomer Beaches.
This home has everything you need and comfortably caters for two families to unwind on the South Coast.
The Space:
Upstairs is a bright open plan living, dining and kitchen space with access to the huge timber balcony.
In the kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, oven and coffee machine plus a bar fridge.
The main dining suite will seat eight people and there is another option for setting for three on the breakfast bar.
The lounge provides comfortable seating to watch TV or slide open the glass door and enjoy the breeze with sea views to your left and surrounding hills views to the right. This area is also airconditioned for your comfort boasting a split system and a ceiling fan.
The deck off the living space includes outdoor furniture to sit on a warm summer’s evening.
Downstairs incorporates three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a TV area & an outdoor laundry.
Bedroom one is very spacious and has a comfortable king bed with a garden view. There is also a wardrobe, TV and ceiling fan, plus an ensuite which boasts a shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedrooms two includes a queen sized bed with a pedestal fan.
Bedroom three includes two bunk beds and a chest of drawers.
The main bathroom consists of a spacious vanity, separate toilet and separate shower.
The outdoor laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
The back yard is fenced and has an outdoor shower, BBQ, lovely lawn for the kids to play or a game or two of family cricket, this home also features an undercover deck which you can relax on.
