You will be centrally located, nestled between sought-after tourist suburbs of Main Beach and Surfers Paradise, with stunning beaches, restaurants, bars, and public transport close-by.
Perfect for couples or business travelers, with secure parking and a lift, enjoy the fresh sea breeze through the apartment, with ocean and Surfers Paradise views.
Whether you're sipping cocktails, planning your itinerary, or simply enjoying the GC, this apartment is a home away from home.
You will enjoy a modern full kitchen with dishwasher, basic cooking items, and basic condiments such as oil, salt & pepper, and baking foil. We provide a starter pack of tea/coffee/sugar/milk, and a nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods.
There is a bright and airy combined living and dining with a SmartTV, with a small adjoining balcony to enjoy the ocean view and balmy Gold Coast evenings.
There is a workspace setup in the open plan living area with ample PowerPoints, Ethernet cable, and usb ports and usb-c cable.
The 2-way bathroom / toilet with shower (no bath) has a starter pack of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.
There is a washer and drier, iron and ironing board for your convenience, with a starter pack of washing powder.
The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed. This can be split into 2 single beds if requested at the time of booking.
Up to 2 roller beds are available on request for an additional fee. These would be set up in the living/dining room so please consider privacy requirements.
The main living area is fitted with air-conditioning, with fans in the living room and bedroom.
We require doors and windows are closed when aircon is operated to avoid condensation build-up and damage.
At the front of the building is a communal Pool and BBQ downstairs
Free parking is available downstairs for one car. This is in a secure car park and requires a key to access.
Bed Linen and bath towel per guest is provided. Additional towels and pool towels may be available on request.
You will have access to the whole apartment, communal pool and BBQ area (shared between 21 apartments), and a secure undercover parking space (please request at time of booking).
Due to bedding restrictions we have a strict policy of maximum 2 adults, and a total of 5 people including children under 12 years old. We require all visitors to be registered. If you have any additional guests please contact us before booking.
Please do not book if you have a pet or service animal as we require prior written permission from the strata manager to bring animals on the property.
Immediate cancellation will apply if a pet is on the premises, with no refund and additional cleaning fees will apply.
Please also note that Surfers Paradise is experiencing construction of new buildings at the moment. There may be construction in neighbouring blocks. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
