Beautifully remodeled 4 bdrm/2 bath home with private heated pool and 2 car garage. Located very close to Siesta Key Beaches, restaurant, downtown, golf and shopping. Top to bottom remodel - beautiful kitchen opens to living room; both bathrooms with roomy tiled shower; separate dining area plus dining outside. Screened in lanai with pool, private backyard, grill, table tennis and gazebo. The house is spacious with split floor plan, having bedrooms on opposite sites of the house for privacy.

Great back yard

The house is very nice and the back yard with pool is great. However, the furniture including the beds are well past their useful life. The living room furniture is horrible and extremely uncomfortable. The master bed is very uncomfortable and the guests we had said the same about the other beds. Most of the cookware should probably be thrown away because it’s peeling or scratched. We had some pool heater issues but that was taking care of properly by the host Monika. She was very attentive and quick to respond.

Perfect For Us

This house was in the perfect location for us. Close to the beach (5 minute drive) and close to grocery, gas, Starbucks, etc. Inside updates are wonderful and the landscaping is beautiful. The privacy fence was such a great bonus. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. The pool is shallow and not meant for swimming laps but great for cooling off and relaxing. Bedroom placement is great. We could have used a half bath and a larger, more comfortable living room but overall it was great!

Great Place

My husband and I stayed at this house for 2 months. We had family members come and go while we were there and we all had a great time. It is conveniently located to the beach and restaurants and there was plenty to do close by. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. The house was clean and had everything you would need. The manager Monika was very responsive and helpful if need be. The only negative we would give it is the furniture was not as comfortable as we would have liked. Other then that it was a great place.

Stay in Sarasota

The property was well appointed with everything you needed. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the TV and it was fixed immediately. It was conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the beach!
