âą No Smoking inside the property. Ashtray buckets are provided for outdoor use only.
âą Pet Policy: Vaccinated and regularly deflea'd pets are welcome. Must be supervised and outdoor visits encouraged (fully enclosed yard available). Please see full house rules upon booking.
âą Extra Bed: A complimentary mobile cot or fold-up single bed (extra guest fee applies) is available upon request.
âą No unregistered guests, parties, or events.
