PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY: Any gatherings or parties will not be tolerated. If a party is thrown, you will be evicted and fined. Maximum amount of people in the listing is 6 at a time.

This modern two-bedroom retreat is thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort, featuring carefully chosen amenities and handpicked furnishings. The stylish wooden floors run throughout the entire apartment, which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area.
Step outside to a spacious wrap-around balcony adorned with over 25 different kinds of plants. Enjoy family meals at the outdoor dining table, unwind in the lounge area, or take advantage of the undercover yoga and exercise space to fully embrace the tranquility of the surroundings.

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
***PLEASE NOTE: There is a ring camera at the front door which monitors access into and out of the property. This is for the safety of my guests and property.
We have installed a noise detector within the property which monitors noise level. This does not record sound, it picks up certain frequencies of sound to ensure noise is kept at a reasonable level.
There are 4 keys provided to guests. A fob key for the garage, a master key to the building and 2 house keys. Please do not lose them as they come with a fee for replacement. Fees are as follows:
- Swipe pass: $500
- House Key: $300
Fines for breaking rules:
- Party: $1000 + any damage costs
- Smoking inside the apartment: $500 + any damage costs
- Unauthorised guests staying at the property: $100 per person per night
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please always keep the keys with you as they are the only access to the building. Losing them may require a locksmith and result in additional charges. Please handle them carefully to avoid these costs. 😊
KEY REPLACEMENT FEE:
Apartment Keys: Locksmith fee + $250
Swipe Pass: $250
HOUSE RULES TO BE FOLLOWED
1. Remove shoes if dirty when entering the apartment
2. No smoking is allowed.
3. No pets allowed.

5. Be respectful to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in corridors
