Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located house in Caboolture. Only 8 minutes drive to Central Lakes shops and Caboolture hospital.

25 minutes from Sandstone point hotel for events and concerts

29 minutes to Australia Zoo
4 minute drive to convenience stores including fish and chips, IGA, bakery, bottle shop, pub and much more.

Family retreat Caboolture big house has a big backyard with an alfresco area for entertaining guests with outside dining. 3 good sized bedrooms. Massive open kitchen and lounge area to relax. 55" Smart TV in lounge and 32" Smart TV in master room.
Beautiful grass and outside areas to enjoy. Plenty of room for the kids to ride bikes and scooters.
This house is a dual living space and the front section connects by an insulated wall and solid locked door (only unlocked if both spaces are booked together). The only thing shared is the driveway and garage space as both have independent private access (similarly to a duplex).
The right side of the double garage and driveway are available for the duration of your stay and at least 2 extra cars can fit on the driveway in addition to the garage space giving lots of space for the family, a boat or a caravan.
Guests will be given a code for the digital lock and have access to the entire back house.
Everything is for guests to use within the back house and back yard. There is a double bay garage (fits a standard ute of 1900mm) that is available for use however only the right side is available as the left is for the front house.
Please note that the far left front yard, left of the garage and front house is reserved for booked reservations and is not accessible during your stay. Please feel free to use the other spaces as required.
Lawns and gardens may be attended to during your stay, especially if staying for a longer period. Usually this is attended to fortnightly in winter and weekly in summer.
Please don't hesitate to contact us through the app if you need something.
All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats and tea towels will be supplied for you. We also supply pillows, quilts, pillow.
Please note there are to be no parties. Inside is a smoke free zone. Security cameras are installed outside for your safety and the security of the property.
Smart TV available. To use the smart TV, we recommend connecting your smart phone to the same network. Guests are welcome to sign into their own accounts on the TV, such as Netflix or simply cast using a phone on the same network. No free to air TV antenna currently connected however all available apps installed and live view available through these apps. Please remember to sign out after your stay.

I'm from Brisbane. I enjoy spending time with family and riding motorbikes. I love providing accommodation for people to spend time with family and friends and enjoy a comfortable place to stay.
Varför värden valde detta boende
This area is full of opportunity, from attending concerts to relaxing at the park. Not to mention the beautiful local food. Not too far away are fishing locations, surfing and places to play on or in the water.

With a modern look in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and bedrooms. generous size open style two lounges, dining and kitchen. a decent size backyard big enough for the kids to run around or ride their bikes on. Aircon big enough to cool throughout the home. Smart TV's.
