This semi-oceanfront home offers easy beach access directly across the street and wide ocean and dune views from the upper deck. The open and bright reverse floor plan offers great gathering space on the top floor and plenty of room for multiple cooks. The second floor has two primary bedrooms with king beds and private full baths, one queen bedroom with private half bath, bedroom with a bunk set and twin, and additional full hall bath. Relax on the second level deck in the hot tub and listen to the ocean waves. The lower floor has an additional primary bedroom with full bath, bunk set, and twin. The lower level game room is perfect for entertaining the kids on rainy days. NEW for 2025 new LVP floors on the lower level! Great for families. Kitchen is fully stocked, linens, towels, 2 adult beach cruiser bikes, gas grill, beach tent and beach games, and 4 beach chairs included.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We fell in love with Take 5 immediately. It just feels like home. The comfortable spaces and beautiful views, the ocean breeze on the decks and the nice small community of Ocean Sands D. The convenience to Harris Teeter is great too!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This isn't your cookie cutter home, the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need, the beds are comfy and the walk to beach is 2 minutes. Ocean access boardwalk is directly across the street. We have a local cleaning service that only services a few houses and the owner lives in section D and checks the house after every cleaning - it's the same mother/daughter team that cleans for us every week. They know the house inside and out and take great pride in their work. We are so lucky to have found them!
