senior trip

We enjoyed our stay! Cozy, quiet little neighborhood short walk to the beach. The only thing I would say is the bedrooms weren't as listed. The twins were cots. Other than that it served it's purpose. We booked for two graduating seniors who chose Destin for their senior trip. It's close to pretty much anything and everything! The beach, shopping, groceries and fuel! The pool was nice too! Plenty of beach stuff!

Worth everything

Very close to the beach, has a farmhouse vibe but still coastal.. warm feeling.. comfortable bed and plenty of available roll in beds if needed.. whole food is just 2 minutes drive.. for all your organic needs.. open next door yard to use. We didn’t have the chance to use but that was nice in a place like this.. driveway can park at least 4 medium size car.. we had a range rover, honda pilot and a kia midsize car and parked comfortably. I will highly recommend this place.. Wish we could have stayed longer.. will always check this place first before booking anywhere else

Fun Family Trip

Property was as described and represented in listing photos and conveniently located a short walk to community pool & public beach access. We did rent a golfcart & beach chairs to make trips to the beach even easier. We did encounter some plumbing issues that Blane was quick to respond to and coordinate repairs. We loved the neighborhood where the property was located - close to activities and attractions without always being in the middle of everything. Would definitely consider this property for future trips!

Perfect Beach Spot

This property was very clean and had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The beds were very comfortable, the configuration worked very well for all of our age ranges (4-70). Blane was very responsive to all of our communication and accommodating to our needs. With only a short walk to the beach and all of the beach gear we needed, it was an easy and fun stay. We would definitely book this property again.

Summer Vacation

Great property with tons of room, we had a total of 15 in our group ranging from kids, teens and adults. We never felt as if we were on top of each other and had plenty of room to spread out. One of my concerns was the distance to the beach, but as the description states it is a short 3 min walk. One thing to note is that there is a small parking lot at the beach access point (about 6 spots), additionally there is a parking lot adjacent to the main one exclusive for golf carts. Had I known of the golf cart lot, I likely would have rented one just to make that short walk even quicker. The yard was a big hit with kids as it gave them a place to kick/toss some balls around after coming in from the beach.
