Luxury apartment with dance pole - 10 min from Bondi Beach

Welcome to my light-filled apartment, 10 min walk from Bondi Beach. Fitted with elegant decor and state-of-the-art appliances, you can spend your next vacation in luxury. It’s walking distance from the Bondi shops, bars, restaurants and wellness spaces, but tucked away in a quiet spot.

The space
- Distance to Bondi Beach: 10 min power walk, 15 min stroll
- Fully-furnished, state-of-the-art appliances, luxe marble & timber finishings
- Centralised air con/heating & energy-efficient fans
- Fast NBN wifi
- Faces away from the main road so it's very quiet

LIVING ROOM
- 3-seater boucle couch, boucle armchair, coffee & side tables. Couch can be used as an additional bed but please let me know ahead of time so I can arrange extra bed linens/blankets. Note: couch isn't ideal as a sleeping area for long term use (a night or two can be okay).
- Projector with Amazon Prime & Youtube (no TV)
- Ample space between the living room & kitchen for exercise. There is a dance pole installed in the middle with a mirror (see other details for more)

KITCHEN
- In-built Miele appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer)
- Large marble island with 2 sinks (great for WFH)
- All dining & cooking utensils provided (pots, pans, cutlery)
- Other appliances: kettle, air-fryer, food processor, Nutribullet
- Please note: I do not provide meats, eggs and dairy as I am plant-based.

BATHROOM
- Large shower with 1 waterfall shower head & 1 hand-held nozzle
- Basic toiletries provided (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner)

BEDROOM
- 1 large queen bed with 100% flax linen sheets
- 1 closet space & 1 clothing steamer

LAUNDRY
- In-built laundry with washing machine, dryer, sink & clothes horse
- Storage space also has yoga mat, beach towels, umbrellas and other misc things

COURTYARD
- Looks out onto the neighbourhood trees and creates a tranquil environment
- Edible garden with rosemary and mint (subject to seasonality)
- 1 fake grass dog pee pad

PARKING
- Cars lighter than 1500kg: 1x car space in a bottom bunk on a dual level parking stacker. Please message me upon booking with your car details so I can assess.
- Cars heavier than 1500kg: 4x guest parking spaces in the garage (2x at the back of the garage inside and 2x in front of the garage door outside). First come first serve.

Other things to note
PETS
- 1x small to medium sized dog (<10kg) welcome
- Must be toilet trained
- Provided dog equipment: Small size fluffy bed, 2x dog bowls, doggy door on one of the glass doors, fake grass pee pad in courtyard

DANCE POLE
- 40mm powder coated professional X-pole drilled into the roof
- If you're not trained & injure yourself, I DO NOT take any responsibility.
- If you damage the pole/roof, you will have to pay for damages (cost dependent on damage)
- No parties

OTHER
- In the event that any keys are lost - $100 fee per key
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building and apartment - $500 fee if the cleaner finds cigarette ash and/or apartment smells like cigarettes
- Rubbish left in the communal building area - $100 fee
- No glitter - up to $1K fee if glitter bombs or anything glittery is set off in & around the apartment
- Early check-in or late check-out: $10/hr additional fee. Please message me upon booking so I can assess if possible.

Please understand that this apartment is my home with sentimental items, rather than an investment property, so I'd appreciate it if you could treat the space with respect <3
