A 2020 4K Samsung 43 inch TV is positioned on the wall, featuring a modern frame so that seamlessly blends into the decor as well as access to your Netflix, Disney Plus, Sky Sport Go, Spark Sport, Neon lightbox, Amazon Prime and Apple TV accounts. The lounge leads out to a sunny north facing deck, featuring comfortable outdoor furniture, beanbag and brand-new Weber BBQ.
The ground floor is home to 2 generous bedrooms, both with seperate wall heaters. The main bedroom includes a 2020 Samsung 32 inch wall mounted TV. Between the bedrooms is The contemporary bathroom with mirror demister, large size shower and heated tiled floors.

Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
