Our modern apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms, thoughtfully designed with quality bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. The spacious bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
Relax in the bright, open-plan living and dining area, complete with comfortable seating and a smart TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether it's a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner.
Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and one dedicated parking spot, plus free off-street parking nearby.
With its central location and modern comforts, this apartment is the ideal base for your Christchurch stay.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to all the amenities and spaces within the property.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled just east of the city center, Linwood is a vibrant, historic suburb with a friendly, community-focused atmosphere. You'll find yourself steps away from Eastgate Mall, where you can shop at The Warehouse, Woolworths, and cozy cafĂ©s, or delve into Linwoodâs emerging urban village for charming local eats and character-filled strolls. Nature lovers will appreciate nearby green spaces like Bromley Park, Beverley Park, and Linwood Parkâideal for family time or a peaceful break.

The city centre is just a 10â15 minute drive, or you can hop on frequent local buses nearby for quick and easy access to central Christchurch and beyond.

Portacot and high chair are available upon request for a small fee of $25.
