Our unit was very clean and spacious for our family of four. The view from the balcony was gorgeous at sunset. Pool and beach access was also wonderful.

The condo was beautifully decorated with a Florida then. We had everything we needed, the host thought of everything! The view was absolutely breathtaking. We had a fabulous week. Perfect weather. Parking was easy and elevator access was very convenient. We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend this location.

Everything was wonderful - it was very clean, beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony and an easy walk to the beach or to the pool. The furniture was comfortable, and the beach chairs, towels and the cooler were greatly appreciated! The extras were a wonderful surprise, including the k-cups, soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as the extra trash bags and toilet paper preventing us from having to run out to the store for a long weekend stay. Thank you!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Beach access was so easy and that was important for us with two young kids. The condo was clean upon arrival, we had a great time with plenty of space for us 4. We will definitely be back!

Great property and a great unit. Weather was a little chilly during our stay. We appreciated that the unit stayed warm and that the hot tub and pool on site were great and really well heated.

Condo was nice and clean. Bedrooms were on the small side, especially the non-master bedroom. View from the balcony was lovely and got most of the sunset being on the north end. We went spring break week so the pool was very crowded as you would expect. Beach was great. Nice to have beach towels available in the condo. Keurig and starter Kcups were also a bonus.

The condo was very pleasant and clean. Lovely view. We liked the on-site cafe. We had everything we needed for the beach. Washer and dryer were nice to have. We rented a cabana on the beach a few of the days. The spring break crowd made the pool too crowded and unappealing for us. I think the general public was using it as well, which was unfortunate.

glad you enjoyed the condo and location. sorry you found the pool too crowded, just about any pool or resort in Florida was extremely busy that week as you visited during the busiest week of the year. the waterpark is open to the public to use if tickets are purchased. take care!

The condo was very nice. I didn’t receive 3pm check in email but it was sent when I texted about it. The coffe was nice but a few tea bags would have been appreciated. The beach towels were wonderful to have and saved space in the suitcase. I would come back to this condo and facility again.

Exactly what we were looking for! Listing as advertised. The beach was right there, and the parking for this unit was covered which was a bonus with it being so hot. Communication was quick when needed, and the kitchen was decently stocked overall. Would stay again!

Debi the property manager was wonderful! Had issues with getting the rental agreement to my email and she worked with me late at night to ensure that I received it. There was a great communication!
