This beautiful Tofino vacation rental home features 3 bedrooms. After a day on the beach, unwind in the private hot tub. This luxury retreat will be your home away from home for your vacation holiday to Tofino. J-Bay Cabin is located on the Jensen's Bay waterfront with Forest and peek-a-boo water views on a tidal inlet bay. Mountain and sunset view from out on the deck accessed.

J-Bay Cabin is in a quiet residential area. We have a strictly enforced no groups, parties or late night noise policy.

NOT available for "Special Events" (Weddings, Receptions, Parties, Stags, Stag(ettes), Reunions etc.)

DOGS (PETS) ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THIS VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY
Sound carries very easily in this quiet neighborhood and that quiet time is 10pm-8am, strictly enforced

Beautiful House at the Inlet

The house is perfect. The only negative thing is that the ceiling above the two bedrooms on the ground floor has no sound insulation, so you can hear all the (walking) noises from the bedroom and living room above it.

Incredible getaway for family

We loved our stay at the J-Bay Guest House. The house was airy, tidy, and modern, equipped with everything you need. Every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom, the check-in / check-out process was seamless and easy. There were many thoughtful touches, but our kids especially appreciated the toys and games. :) Great location, very close to everything in Tofino.

Peaceful Haven

We spent a wonderful week staying at J-Bay with our 2 young adult sons. It was a stormy, rainy week, but we still really enjoyed getting out surfing and walking on the beach. Returning to this beautiful, peaceful home to feel nestled away from the stormy weather outside was so nice. The house is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need to relax, enjoy time together, or find a nook to get some solitude. Because of the stormy weather, we didn't get to enjoy sitting out on the little deck on the inlet, but it looked like a beautiful spot to spend some time in better weather. We did have some stormy soaks in the hot tub! We have always stayed on the Chesterman's Beach side of the highway, but we loved how quiet the inlet side is and would definitely stay here again.

Secluded Haven

JBay was a peaceful and private get away to help celebrate my wife’s birthday. Plenty of room for two couples. Everything you need is provided, exceptionally clean and with a hot tub to soak in after beach hiking and riding bikes.

Perfect for our family

We loved tofino and the property! It was perfectly suited for a family-even had some toys to help us get through some cold and rainy days. The dock and hot tub were big hits plus we loved be closer to the beaches but a short drive to town. The home is beautiful and simple but has all that you need to cook meals and have family time. Would come back anytime!

Luxury in the Bay

Our entire family felt spoilt being in such a lovely house in the perfect location between Tofino and Ucluelet. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and each room was equally lovely. The hot tub and porch in the back were especially lovely treats after long days of hiking and biking. The only downside was our 7th family member couldn’t join due to strict Tofino bylaws, which was a shame as the house could easily accommodate extra guests,

Amazing hideaway

This property was exactly as pictured in the listing. Modern, clean, spacious yet with private bedrooms tucked away. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after surfing and enjoying morning coffees on the dock near the inlet was a great way to start the day.

Beautiful home base

We spent a week reuniting with extended family here. The home was very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub at the end of our day hikes. We had such beautiful weather which was an added bonus for seeing the sites. Very happy with the easy access into the house and communication with the host. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

A few things fell short

Great layout of the cabin, great light and such a bonus that everyone had their own ensuite. Some of the interior finishes were poor quality and starting to wear out (kitchen cabinetry, washroom baseboards, plumbing fixtures) and there was mould and scum in the showers and at base of master tub. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes properly and the oven was filthy and took ages to heat up. Coffee maker has a used filter in it, and there was hair in the cupboards. No shampoo or body wash, which we were told after weren’t included but we could find in town. Couch is fabric and has stains on it. Downstairs sleepers said there is bad noise insulation between floors with footsteps and that the bedding was synthetic so they trapped too much heat. We liked the fireplace, tall ceilings and live edge accents. It was private and an overall nice place to build some family memories.

Perfect Location and Destination

We were a party of three couples. So the floor plan with three suites was a great arrangement for us. Also, the hot tub and outdoor living amenities were great. We spent lots of time on the deck sitting on the water’s edge.

Peaceful getaway

This property delivers. BEAUTIFUL home situated in the trees with water access. Very Scandinavian design with all you need to complete your perfect island getaway. Very clean, hot tub in the forest, all the amenities you could wish for on your vacation!

Wonderful stay!

My family with adult children had the most wonderful holiday in Tofino. J-Bay house was the perfect space, layout and location. We had a couple of minor things and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Everything was quality throughout although we thought that the one towel per person and the quality of towels was a bit stingy. We also were a bit hot at night with the duvet and there we no lighter blankets available but then Tofino is not used to those temperatures I suppose. A great time was had by all and we all hope to go back!

The pictures don't do this place justice!

The photos in the listing look great, but this place is really amazing and you don't really get that until you walk thru the doors. My family, my husband and I and our adult son and daughter spent 3 weeks in BC in July. We stayed in 5 different VRBO houses and this was our favorite ...hands down. The house is spacious and beautiful. The beds and bathrooms outstanding and the view from the deck that sits on the tidal flat made me not want to go home. I watched eagles fishing each day! This is a fabulous place and if you are staying in the Tofino area this is the place to stay- its also just a 10 min drive to town!

Great for a family!

We travel with our little one (20 months old) and the house was a perfect space for them. It had a high chair, toys, baby dishwater and cutlery, and so much open space. On top of all that we could enjoy the dock or hot tub while they slept. The space is beautiful and full of light. I look forward to booking again for our next vacation!
