Welcome to your own private resort in Bright! This is where holiday memories are made! This stately, family residence is what holidays are all about with your own private tennis court and pool, the whole family can sit back relax and enjoy the gorgeous resort like surrounds. All you need is your novel and private chef to complete the scene.

With plenty of space for everyone to relax in this grand home indoors or outdoors you wont get underneath each others feet, a short stroll into the heart of Bright with plenty of restaurants/eateries and shops to choose from you can relax about what you need to cook in the country style kitchen and maybe just think about stocking the fridge and bar for cocktails and platters around the pool.

The 4 bedrooms are all spacious with the main boasting an ensuite with bath and walk in robe, making 3 bathrooms in total the main with a spa. 2 living spaces allow the kids to have their own area making holidaying with 2 families very easy, plus a reading nook nestled away where you can sit and hide away from the kids. Wifi is available in the main house, with 2 bedrooms and one living room boasting smart tv's.

KITCHEN & DINING
Perfect sized kitchen for preparing alfresco lunches poolside or a sit down family meal inside. All the modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave and large family sized fridge with an ice and water dispenser complete with a Breville coffee pod machine. With the open plan kitchen & dining and easy access to the outside pool, BBQ this is a great house for the family to congregate. The dining table seats 8 people and another table located close by in the living area seats comfortably another 6.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
2 separate living areas mean that there can be movies playing at one end of the house on the "smart" tv and a quiet game of cards at the other. With 2 x 3 seater couches in both and a huge TV in one for watching your favourite movies on. A quiet reading nook is also a great spot to catch up on your holiday read or check those urgent work emails.

Bathroom near laundry has a shower and toilet - access into house from the pool.

OUTDOORS
Featuring an in-ground pool (available October - April) and fantastic undercover entertaining area with gas BBQ, a full sized tennis court next to the pool, so don't forget to pack your racquets! Many happy memories will be created at this property.
