Welcome to 'SandNSea'
A perfect retreat to create cherished memories with family and friends.
Our spacious property is designed with comfort in mind, featuring ducted air-conditioning throughout. The main living area and master bedroom share the same temperature setting, while other rooms have individual controls (please keep the temperature at 25°C).
Whether you fancy a friendly game of pool, a trip to the beach with children and pets, or simply soaking in the tranquil atmosphere of Burrum Heads, there's something here for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy a stroll to the shops, where you will find a butcher, baker, no candle stick maker, but a well stocked Food works supermarket. If you prefer to have a night off cooking there are the options to visit the Burrum Heads Tavern or the Burrum heads bowls club whom both offer a free courtesy bus, or pop to The Taste of Burrum for some fish and chips.

Ample parking in the driveway, which can accommodate additional cars and boats.
Pet Policy
We welcome outdoor pets, and for smaller non-shedding dogs, indoor accommodation may be possible upon prior approval. Pets are not permitted on furniture or in carpeted rooms. For convenience, there is a blower in the linen cupboard to handle excessive pet hair.

The lounge room features a Smart TV with free Wi-Fi access, allowing you to connect to your favourite streaming platforms.
Please take a moment to wipe out the freezer if you use it during your stay.

I grew up not far from Burrum and we used to bring our children to Burrum heads for regular holidays. I love the peace and tranquillity that Burrum has to offer.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We chose this property over 8 years ago and have previously had it managed by an agent, however we felt now was the time to take this over ourselves and ensure that our guests enjoy the property as much as we do when we get a chance to stay. Listening to the waves rolls in at night, watching the sun glisten off the water when you are having a coffee of a morning, there really is nothing better.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our property is at the quiet end of Burrum but still close enough to the shops and other amenities. There is no road to cross to take your children to the beach, we cater for all age groups.
