Charming 2 Bedroom House Close to KGH and Lake
This is an entire house (2 floors) that is entirely used by the guest. The property has a key pad entry from the lane into the courtyard and a key pad entry to the house - which provides security and allows self check-in.
Our bright and charming 2 bdrm carriage house has been recently updated and has a private patio.
this 2 story home is on a quiet street and has 8 major appliances and includes parking for 2 vehicles. It is a 10 minute walk to the lake, beaches, parks and KGH. A 15 minute walk to Kelowna's vibrant down town, Guisachan and Pandosy Villages as well as many restaurants. The location is central and convenient to our local Brewery District and wineries. Various outdoor activities are walking and biking (3 bikes provided) distances away, with a bus route 2 minutes from the house.
Our carriage house was designed with the character of old Kelowna in mind, sloped ceiling, tiled bathrooms, wood features, and cedar shake gables. As a result, the house has a cozy and comfortable feel, which has been a common description given from our guests over the years.
We enjoy interaction with our visitors when invited but also respect their privacy during their stay. We are always available to provide local information and assistance as needed by text or phone call.
Pet are accepted on a case by case basis.

We enjoy various outdoor activities nearby including lovely neighbourhood walks, gardening, biking, hiking, boating, skiing and more. Recently retired we look forward to this new adventure with airbnb, hosting travelers from near and far. We have always been attracted to older character homes and the charm of neighborhoods with history. We also wanted to be central to the amenities of the city like the waterfront, beaches, shopping, and restuarants.
