The property is fully A/C's with multiple balconies and courtyards. Full kitchen and laundry facilities.
The space
This immaculate 3 bedroom townhouse is located just beside Noosa bridge and an easy flat walk to world famous Hastings Street and main beach. The property is one of only 4 townhouses in the complex. Backing onto Noosa river and rolling green grass the property is surrounded by lush tropical trees. The townhouse flows over two spacious levels with kitchen, living and dining on the lower level. There are two outdoor areas downstairs as well as a BBQ. There is a Nespresso pod machine as well as full laundry facilities.
The first level comprises of the 3 spacious bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom with balcony overlooks Noosa river and tropical foliage. The second bedroom also has a balcony with views over the river. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, fan and reverse cycle A/C.
Parking in Noosa is a nightmare so you can park your car safely in the single carport directly outside the front door and walk to all amenities.
