Situated on a private lot, there are panoramic water views from the deck and most rooms in the house. Enjoy tranquility and privacy on the large deck and direct access to the beach and water below.

Enter and open main living area with living room and dining table. The living room has comfortable seating, a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use) and a large flat screen TV with cable. Plenty of room for everyone at the large dining table.

The nicely equipped kitchen is open to the main living area via a pass-through. The kitchen has a solid surface cooktop, a double wall oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker.

The main living area opens to a wonderful sun room with three walls of windows and doors, comfortable seating, a small dining/game table and ceiling fan. This bright and cozy room has panoramic views of the water. A wonderful space for relaxing with a book, gathering together, conversation and puzzles and games.

The primary bedroom is just off the living room. There is a queen bed, water views, a private door to the deck and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.

The home's other three bedrooms are at the opposite side of the house, accessed by a hallway. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and water views, one bedroom has two twins and one has a bunk bed with trundle (three twins). There is also a bathroom with tub/shower off the hall.

Stairs from the hall lead to the unfinished basement with another sitting area with TV, foosball and ping pong--a great spaces for the kids to hang out. Washer and dryer at the other end of the basement.

You may never wish to leave the grounds of this comfortable waterfront home. The large deck has outdoor furniture, a gas grill and unobstructed views of Wellfleet Bay and Great Island. Private steps provide direct access to the water and beach below. Enjoy 375 feet of beach--ideal for swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing and kayaking. Enclosed outdoor shower.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
