Looking for a fully furnished, short-term rental while working or settling in Christchurch? Our modern, well-maintained home is available for a medium-term stay (late April to late June, negotiable)—perfect for a small family or business professional needing a comfortable, convenient base.

- Modern, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and plenty of storage.
- Open-plan living & dining with great indoor-outdoor flow.
- Sun-soaked conservatory – an extra lounge or workspace.
- Updated bathroom with a separate toilet and laundry room.
- Ample off-street parking available - plenty of space for a campervan or caravan.
(Please note: The third bedroom, now an office, will be locked and unavailable during the rental period.)

- Gardens will be maintained every 2–3 weeks at no extra cost.
- Fully fenced = Pets negotiable – let’s chat about your needs!
