The Space:
This easy-going waterfront home is made for relaxed family holidays. Tucked into a quiet street in Banksia Beach, the property welcomes you with simple charm and a peaceful coastal setting. Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is bright and functional, with comfortable seating, a 55" Smart TV (Netflix and Chromecast ready), and plenty of natural light. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and essential condiments like tea, coffee, oil, and spices—perfect for casual meals together. Woolworths is just a few minutes drive away, so stocking up on groceries is quick and easy. Step outside to a spacious undercover patio overlooking the water—great for a BBQ or just relaxing while the kids splash about in the private saltwater pool. There’s even a totem tennis set for extra fun.
Rest easy across five bedrooms. Air-conditioning and heating throughout ensure your comfort year-round, while two full bathrooms cater to larger groups.

Golf clubs, bowls club, RSL and multiple restaurants and cafes. If food and relaxation are more your thing, the property is only a short drive to the Sandstone Point Hotel. They serve amazing meals in outstanding surroundings. This property is also a short walk to the Pacific Harbour Golf Club, offering fantastic food, mini golf and casual gym membership.
Getting Around:
Parking is provided in the garage and on the driveway. There are no public transport options nearby, so driving or rideshare are the best ways to get around.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations.
