This character home offers unique ocean and escarpment views, in a beautiful Northern Illawarra, where the mountain meets the sea. An ideal holiday home in every sense, comfortable and homely, with multiple relaxation and entertainment areas.
The rear yard is fully fenced and private, with lovely gardens and entertainment areas.
A couple of minutesâ drive to patrolled beaches, enjoy the holiday lifestyle and the ultimate coastal retreat at its best.

Bedroom 1: Double bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed (+ spare mattress)
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (1 x double + 1 x single)
Living room: Sofa bed (can be set up as double or two singles)

The Location:
Clifton is a historic coastal village, these days famous for its Clifton School of Arts exhibitions and the iconic Sea Cliff Bridge, the highlight of the Grand Pacific Drive, frequented by tourist walking along this picturesque coastal road.
There are fabulous patrolled beaches all along the coast, the closest being Scarborough/Wombarra Beach and Coalcliff Beach and Pool, just on the other end of the Sea Cliff Bridge.
Cross the road to find Moronga Park, with stunning views of Bold Hill, the hang gliding paradise, as well as kidsâ playpark nearby.
The recently restored Clifton Imperial Hotel is a must to visit for excellent food and drink in beautiful heritage surroundings.
The renowned Scarborough Hotel is also worth visiting for breakfast and lunch, with itsâ stunning outdoor restaurant, just 1.2km down the road.

Conditions of Occupation:
Quiet hours for outside noise from 10pm â 8am. There is plenty of room to socialise inside.
To maintain a high standard for tenants the following conditions of occupation apply:
(a) Use of premises â the premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the receipt.
(b) Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
(c) Number of guests should NOT exceed the number stated in the Confirmation Notice unless subsequently agreed in writing or email. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Owner in advance and these will be deducted from the bond.
(d) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The premises are located in the residential area and have a strict no party policy.
(e) Noise â Noise to be kept to a minimum. With NO outside noise from 10pm. In the event of noise complaints which result in Holiday Letting Organisation or Police call out, or should a noise order be issued, the Owner reserves the right to immediately evict the Tenant and retain the whole of the bond.
(f) Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss â the Tenant is responsible for the tenantâs personal property. The cost of repair or replacement of any item in the premises or the premises itself due to damage and/or breakages will be deducted from the bond and may include additional charges.
