Bach party stay

House was great, I didn’t realize they weren’t connected until we got there, but it worked out. Plenty of room for everyone! And communication was great

A good spot for a large group

We overall enjoyed our stay. The houses were clean and well stocked with the essentials. We had a group of 20 and had enough for room for everyone between the two houses. The neighborhood is questionable but we didn’t have any issues. It also appears that the neighborhood is slowly being rejuvenated. The houses are technically “connected” but there is no way to get from one house to the other without going outside and walking around. The listing made it sound like their was some breezeway or something to go back and forth between houses. Also some of the outside could use some TLC especially the railings which are very loose and unstable. Would stay again if I had another large group to accommodate in Nashville.

Thank you so much for the great review. Thank you for being a great guest. I would love to host you again next time you're out this way! Also just wanted to let you know we addressed the loose railings and this spring we are adding a cement walkway between the front and back unit. Thank you for all the great feedback!

Communication wears great prior to check in and throughout the stay. We were even able to check in a good hour earlier than expected. The house was super cute and had a Nashville vibe. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. There were two downfalls we had. One was the cleanliness of the rental. The floors were very dirty-stains all over the carpet and the hard flooring turned our socks a brownish gray color within the first few minutes of taking our shoes off. There were bugs throughout the house and roaches in the kitchen. The second issue was dead light bulbs throughout the houses and a couple fixtures missing parts like the light pictured. Bedroom fan only worked if the light was on. As soon as light was turned off you were unable to turn the fan on.

The host was very friendly. He was responsive to our communications with him. We only stayed at the property for one evening. That evening people staying in the rear unit were woke up at around 4am to people arguing and fighting in the alley way. About 15 minutes later gun shots were heard. We informed the host the party didnt feel safe staying at the property. That same evening part of the group tried ordering Domino's pizza but were informed they do not deliver to that area after 8pm. After leaving the property for a hotel which we knew we may not get any refund. We were informed by numerous uber drivers, hotel staff, bartenders and others that were the rental unit is located is the projects. An older lady working at a restaurant we went to that has lived her whole life in Nashville said gun shots happen in that part of Nashville all the time. Again the host is very pleasant the property was clean but the neighborhood is a sketchy area of town.

Beau was great! While we appreciate his kind words about our hospitality and cleanliness, we do want to clarify our exterior cameras confirmed there were No fights and No gunshots during their stay. The concern actually arose from a brief interaction with one member of their group and a neighbor who does not support short-term rentals in the area. He intentionally scared her (our exterior cameras did confirm this). Beau admitted he did not hear any gun shots or fighting himself and we offered to send the footage of our cameras confirming their wasn't any. We take guest safety seriously and remain committed to providing a secure and welcoming experience. We have been hosting here for 6 years without incident and our neighborhood is safe. I myself stay here when I travel to town with my wife and toddler. We wish Beau and his group decided to continue their stay as we are sure they would have had a great experience! PS - Domino's does not deliver here during busy hours due to distance. There are way better and closer Pizza places so if you need a good spot to get delivery please let us know!!

Great house, not the best neighborhood

The inside of the house is exactly as the pictures showed and was great for the needs of a bachelorette party. We did wish that there was a nice path between the houses since they were not connected. Not the *best* neighborhood, we were very careful not to be alone outside with the people we saw hanging outside across the road or walking through the empty lot next door. Overall we had a very good experience.
