Brand New Condo with Community Hot Tub and Pool By InvitedHome
Welcome to Jordanelle Retreat, hosted by InvitedHome. Set in the hills next to Jordanelle Reservoir, this modern condo offers sweeping views of the lake and quick access to the shops, dining, and slopes of nearby Deer Valley.
Inside, a bright open layout connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all warmed by a gas fireplace and natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a spacious island.
The main bedroom includes a king bed and private ensuite. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a third with two twin beds share a detached full bathroom.
Guests will have access to a shared clubhouse (coming soon during the Summer of 2025) with a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and tennis and pickleball courts—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the mountains or reservoir.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- The maximum number of cars is one.
- There is one parking space available on site.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
