Great House
My family of four (including two teenagers) and parents recently stayed here for our summer vacation. Overall, the house was fantastic. Very clean, well stocked and the layout of the house worked great for us. We could have easily brought friends for the kids and had plenty of room. The house actually had numerous beach chairs (which I didn't see listed but maybe I missed it), and bikes which my son loved. The pool was great and easy to walk to from the house. The second refrigerator in the garage helped a lot with food but made it difficult to park a car in the garage (we were okay with that). My parents weren't super thrilled with the TV because there isn't cable but there were plenty of streaming services that you could have logged into. I docked the check in process a few stars only because the check in isn't guaranteed until 6:00PM. We arrived a little after 4:00 and drove around for about an hour waiting for the text that said the house was available for check in. After calling the office twice with no answer (and waiting on hold for 10 minutes each time) we decided to go to the rental office just in case. The house was ready and we were able to check in, but no one asked if we had gotten a text or anything. So not sure how long we would have waited with the house being ready. That was really the only negative (not sure the check in process is super accurate). But overall it's a great house and the neighborhood was perfect for morning runs, walks after dinner!
