I chose this neighborhood because it truly offers the best of both convenience and connection. Located in the heart of the city, it's just minutes away from Chinook Mall, the LRT, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. Whether you're heading to the Stampede rounds, grabbing groceries, or exploring the local shops, everything you need is close by-including gas stations and everyday essentials.
One of the things I enjoy most about this area is how easy it is to get downtown-less than a 15-minute drive! It's a vibrant yet quiet neighborhood, making it a perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.

The basement suite has been recently renovated with fresh paint and new flooring, creating a clean, modern, and cozy space for guest to enjoy. I take great pride in maintaining a spotless and comfortable environment that feels like a true home away from home. whether you're here for a short visit or a longer stay, the warmth and care put into the space make it stand out.
