- Does the room have a balcony?
Balcony is not available.
- What's the address of the apartment?
West Side Place, 260 Spencer St, Melbourne. Level 50 with garden view.
- Is the room shared?
No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
- Does the building has amenities?
Pool and gym are available. Guest requires to complete a quick questionnaire regards their stays at the front desk. It takes less than 2mins to complete, and the receptionist will activate the fob for amenities level access for guests.
- What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Check-out can be extended to 11.30am for an additional $20. We offer complimentary late check-out until 11:30 am for our esteemed returning guests.

Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time but we can keep you updated on the day.
