Bedrooms above are stylish with a great king size bed in the master bedroom and the second bedroom with a private balcony, overlooking to the swimming pool.
location is great, next Coral way s shopping, and dinning, Brickell area its only minutes away.
Transportation is really easy, and you could walk to almost everything.
free trolley all around Coral Gables
Private swimming pool, walk distance to shopping malls, and supermarkets.
Miracle Mile is two blocks away, bars, coffee shops and restaurants.
2 free parking spaces, please make sure you don’t block pathway access, police in the area are quick to give fines for that reason.

Love a great conversation, connecting with inspirational and courageous people, exploring new places, working out, spending time in the ocean, practising yoga, riding bikes and doing creative work. This property is modern , spaceful ,and very comfortable. The energy is great.
Living area is perfect, we make it ready for guests that like to stay at home ,we included basic spices and basic products in the kitchen to avoid time spent in shopping minor items.
