Our Vintage Villa (Est. 1915) is a comfortable base in Kaikoura and is located a short walk from the beach, boutique gift shops, Kaikouraâs town centre and some great pubs and restaurants. With a modern kitchen, bathroom and toilet, off-street parking, fenced front garden and fantastic views from âThe Crowâs Nestâ at the top of the hillside garden this is the perfect spot in this beautiful town.
The property has one queen bedroom and the second bedroom has two single beds. Comfortable lounge with log burner.
The lounge / dinning area leads to a modern kitchen, laundry and bathroom.
We have an extensive garden that runs to the top of the property to The Crows Nest where there are fantastic views over the sea.
It is a short walk to the most popular shopping and restaurant spots.
COMING SOON: The small orchard and veggie garden with herbs and seasonal fruit are there for your use.
Once The Crows Nest is renovated it can be booked

We live in Kaiapoi just north ofChristchurch. We love Kaikoura and all it has to offer. It is our haven from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We have 3 sons and a few pets.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Kaikoura is NZs best small town; where the Alps meet the Ocean - there is so much to see and do. Our wee cottage is the perfect base for this but equally a great place to sit and enjoy the birdsong.

Our cottage was built in 1915 and maintains the look and feel of an original cottage with a modern kitchen and a comfortable bathroom.
