Time to chill at this family friendly, sunny & simple beach house, just a few moments from the shops & sea!
Simply set up to sleep up to 8 guests.
Privately located down a right of way, open plan living, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, over two levels, set up with the basics for a simple & easy summer holiday!
The property is centrally located 2 mins drive Mt Maunganui's main Shopping/ Dinning Hub, an easy drive to the popular Mount Surf Beach & across the road from Blake Park sports venue.
Simply set up & can sleep up to 8 guests.
Easy Family Friendly home, two levels, located down a private right of way with off street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Shared concrete parking area.
(Separate attached occupied unit on ground floor).
Comfortable living/ Kitchen area with WIFI, smart tv & heat pump.
Kitchen includes oven, microwave, fridge freezer & basic cooking essentials.
Bathroom has bath over shower.
Washing machine available.
Bedrooms are a generous size, with bed linen & bath towels provided.
L1 - Master Bedroom with King size bed.
L1 - Second room with 2x single size beds. (1 pull out bed)
G Floor - Third room with two single beds. (1 pull out bed)
G Floor - Forth room with Queen size bed.
Outdoors - you'll find a sunny patio with bbq & lounge set available.
*Separate attached occupied unit on ground floor.
Use of the shared outdoor clothes line is permitted - located on the ground floor - walk past the occupied unit to the rear of the backyard.
Guests will have use of the main house with own entrance.

*No parties/ gatherings/ pets - any guests who breach this rule will receive an instant $250 penalty fee.

* Any breach of any rules, guests maybe asked to leave the property & without refund.
*If any additional cleaning of the property is required - an extra cleaning fee will be apply.
*No smoking or heavy drinking at the property.
*Please notify your Host asap of any issues, loss or damages to the property.
