Whether you're planning a family getaway, a business trip, or a group adventure, our spacious and contemporary home offers the great blend of comfort, convenience, and flexibility. Nestled in a quiet and serene area, our property provides easy access to Calgary Airport (17 mins), Banff National Park (1 hour 15 mins), and CrossIron Mills via Stoney Trail. Shops like Costco, Walmart, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and T&T Supermarket are within walking distance—about a 20-minute walk.
Our home is designed to accommodate families, groups, with ample space and modern amenities:
Main House Features:
➡️ Three living rooms located on the first floor, second floor, and basement, perfect for gatherings, entertainment, or relaxation.
➡️ Two fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes the essentials for preparing meals.
➡️ Sleeping Arrangements –
• Master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom on the second floor.
• One bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom on the second floor.
• One bedroom with two full beds on the second floor.
• One bedroom with two single beds on the second floor.
• One bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom on the basement.
• One bedroom with a queen bed and another full bathroom on the basement.
➡️ Flex Room – A versatile space on the first floor with a desk, comfortable seating, and a computer monitor, ideal for remote work. It can also be converted into a 7th bedroom with a pull-out sofa.
