Very beautiful, spacious house in a lovely neighborhood.. gorgeous kitchen and living room areas.. however some areas of the kitchen and bedroom carpets weren’t cleaned properly.

Beautiful home, wonderful neighborhood. The beds were a bit hard for our liking. We didn't have hand towels and face clothes in all bathrooms. My suggestion is bring soap for showers and conditioner. They only had shampoo. Carpets were dirty. No microwave and remote in one bedroom was oily.

Honestly I was a little disappointed about the cleanliness of house. The carpets upstairs were stained and the house was properly swept. One of the chairs at the counter were broken as soon as I checked in and did a walk through and that was dangerous because it could’ve had one of my guests injured. I honestly wish I was warned about the chair before hand. The house is pretty spacious, rooms included. The area is very quiet which i personally enjoy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay the best that we could, just wish some things were treated with a bit more care as this is a house that is supposed to be “professionally” taken care of.

This stay was the absolute worst. After booking I didn’t realize how unsanitary the property was, so I tried to cancel weeks before but the host gave me an issue with cancellation. When me and my guest arrived on Sat 3 a.m. the place smelled and the appearance and cleanliness was diabolical. The furniture was dirty, as so was the carpet throughout the entire house. Sheets were dirty, the bathrooms were also dirty and there wasn’t any hot water. The walls in the entire place was filthy with writings, stickers, bathroom mirror missing, etc. Vents looked like they weren’t cleaned for years. Additionally, it was freezing and the heat didn’t work. The host didn’t let us know someone lived downstairs in the property until the day of. By far the worse rental we’ve stayed in. It was so bad we only stayed for 9hrs and thank god we arrived on Saturday instead of Friday. Terrible, wouldn’t recommend. Outside of the place was beautiful, however the grass can be mowed.

This house is incredibly beautiful! We were excited about the space. The rooms are very big. The kids had their own bathroom which is a huge plus. I do have to mention that the whole house is extremely dirty. The only things that looked clean were the beds, and, thankfully, the bathrooms. The rest of the house is filthy. Definitely would not recommend if you are a clean freak. The walls, the light switches and cupboards are so gross. It looks as though they haven’t been cleaned in years. Plus, the carpets in the bedrooms are all stained. The house needs a deep clean and a paint job. I asked the host before arriving, if there was a Keurig coffee maker. He said yes. There wasn’t one. We ended up buying one at Walmart. The toaster doesn’t work unless you hold it down manually. We used a spatula to hold it. See picture. When we arrived, we wanted to bbq for supper. The bbq was left extra dirty. There was food all over it and no brush to clean it. We had to skip the bbq supper and went to Swiss Chalet instead. The cookware is very old and scratched up. We ended up buying a frying pan just so we could make breakfast without having the eggs stick to the pan.Make sure to bring dish towels, face cloths and hand towels. We only had one towel each for our whole stay.Overall, the place is very beautiful, but it’s a shame to leave it filthy like that. I’m sure no one appreciates paying for a filthy house. This should be taken seriously and rectified for the next guests.
