The Main house at Casa Sea Breeze is built on two levels with 2600 sq ft of living area and has 3 bedrooms each with ensuite. Both levels have balconies or patios, white water ocean views, mountain vista views. This is also where you'll find the main kitchen, dining, living room with a total of four baths. Granite counters, Italian tiles, slate from Brazil, A/C in all rooms, and elegant furnishings make this house a very comfortable place to spend your vacation!
The "Poolside Villa" an additional 600 + sq. feet of living space adds a 4th master suite and is included in the listing nightly rate. A generous wrap around balcony overlooks the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains. This addition was constructed of the finest materials using local teak, bamboo, guanacaste, and ron ron wood, along with porcelain tiles, slate, and stone, creating a feeling of warmth and rustic elegance. All of the tropical hardwoods came from local tree plantations and were harvested with the proper permits. The Villa bath has an elegant slate shower, side by side stone sinks, and a commode. The bedroom/living area is spacious and includes A/C, a king size bed, double trundle bed, wardrobe, and comfortable bamboo furnishings. In addition, it has a wet bar area with fridge/microwave, and a full size flatscreen TV with surround sound for your entertainment day or night. A mango tree directly off the balcony invites the monkeys to visit you daily.
The 5th BR (additional charge) is in its own full self-contained Casita with private balcony, fully equipped and independent kitchen, living room and bathroom. Set back from the main house it too has gorgeous ocean views and is where the monkeys love to visit every day.
The 5 spacious master suites are separated from each other to allow you to retreat or socialize at will. Each includes updated locally crafted furnishings, full bathrooms and are all only steps away from the gorgeous 50' infinity pool. A large covered patio and outdoor kitchen provide the perfect gathering spot to share the day's adventures. The new covered pavilion extends directly from the main house and is steps away from the detached poolside villa and includes: a built-in barbecue/kitchen Island, lounge, and full dining area/table that seats 14, as well as plenty of lighting for evening entertaining. It also features lush gardens that surround our new enchanting teak shower with rain head, perfect for rinsing off after sun bathing or swimming. On the opposite side of the pool is our sunset deck with fireplace where you'll find ample seating for everyone. Sit and enjoy the sunset while sipping on your favorite fresh fruit smoothie or cocktail. The unique layout of our home provides the perfect place for a two or three families with children, five couples, or friends with children who wish to travel together. A perfect wedding venue!
Sunsets from the 50 foot infinity pool, balconies, and sunset deck (with fireplace) will captivate you. The rainforest nature reserve and mountains vistas that surround you will warm your hearts. Observe horses grazing in the pasture just below the villa balcony....enjoy toucans coming to visit you poolside.... parrots flying across the jungle. You will never want to leave. At Seabreeze, we are energy conscious. Our solar panels run the entire home, including the pool. We are on track to produce nearly 100% of the electricity consumed here. We are still connected to the grid for rainy days and on sunny days the extra solar production goes back into the local power grid. There is plenty of electricity to power the pool, the property, and to run the AC units in every area of the house. In fact we just installed a new AC system in the living/ kitchen area of the house. Our home can accommodate a max. of 16 with four king beds, one queen bed, and 3 double tier trundle beds found in each of three bedroom suites. Cool off in the 50' infinity edge pool with jacuzzi bench and children's play area. The pool is big enough to swim laps and deep enough for older children and teens to enjoy. For the nature enthusiast, Casa Seabreeze has access to our adjoining 100 acre nature reserve with abundant wildlife and miles of trails through the rainforest.
Dominical is the closest town to Casa Seabreeze and has some of the best surfing and eco-tourism activities in the world. Hacienda Baru is close by. It is a 900 acre National Wildlife Reserve that offers canopy tours, zip lines, bird watching, and nature walks led by trained naturalist guides.
The Nauyaca waterfall horseback tour is always popular. Manuel Antonio National Park is 25 miles to the north with beautiful beaches and lots of monkeys to watch. Ten miles south is Costa Ballena National Marine Park with miles of beaches and great snorkelling. Fishermen will have a choice of excellent river, surf, inshore, and deep sea fishing out of Marina Pez Vela in Quepos.
Sea kayak tours are a fun way to explore sea caves or view wildlife in the Mangroves. Snorkelling/diving at Cano Island is amazing.
If you just want to relax and let someone else do the cooking, We highly recommend Chef Wil!His staff even do the dishes!!
