Varför värden valde detta boende
I love living in Newtown and one of my shop is in King Street. Newtown is very like Fremantle in Western Australia with many restaurants, cafes, interesting shops, the Dendy theatre and my Stayz apartment is almost across the road from the iconic Enmore Theatre. Buses and trains all very close making getting around Sydney a breeze.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
When I chose the word ELEGANT as part of my listing title I feel it was very justified. In decorating the apartment I have chosen a few quirky pieces but focused on quality and comfort. A large television, leather sofa, super cuddly sofa throw, a good size refrigerator which will always have a complimentary bottle of bubbles for you when you arrive! Tge washing machine and dryer are new and efficient.
