The Space:
Welcome to your peaceful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo retreat on the third floor, where comfort meets convenience. With lush garden views, modern amenities, and generous shared outdoor areas, this home is perfect for a quiet vacation with family or friends.

Living Room:
A cozy and spacious area with a 65-inch Smart TV and comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Natural light pours in through the large garden-facing windows, and both air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the temperature just right.

Kitchen and Dining:
A fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the essentials to cook at home. The dining area features a table for six, ideal for family meals or casual dining.

Bedrooms:
- King Room: King-size bed, 50-inch Smart TV, blackout curtains, and windows facing the quiet interior of the building
- Double Room: Two double beds, blackout curtains, and large windows that look out onto the garden

Bathrooms:
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower, plus there is an additional half-bathroom in the common area for convenience.

Common Areas:

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about 30 miles away, approximately a 50-minute drive depending on traffic. Guests have access to one free parking spot. Public buses and taxis are available within walking distance for easy transport around town.

Other Things to Note:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.

***Please be advised that from August 11 to October 12, work will be taking place at the building to replace the wooden deck with flooring in the rooftop area. During this time, the pool will remain open, except on days when concrete pouring is scheduled. The BBQ area will be closed for the duration of the project. Additionally, there will be intermittent closures of the parking ramp (Av. 20) during the construction period.***
