Welcome to Your Ideal Lakeside Retreat on Lakeside Drive
Experience the perfect blend of comfort and location at this well-appointed home situated on picturesque Lakeside Drive, which runs directly alongside beautiful Lake Nagambie. Ideal for families or groups, this centrally located property offers easy access to everything the region has to offerâjust a short lakeside walk to the heart of town.
Key Features:
Four bedrooms: three with queen beds, and one with twin king single bedsâaccommodating up to eight guests comfortably.
Just 700 metres to the town centre via a scenic lakeside walking track.
A beach and children's playground are less than a 5-minute stroll away.
Public boat ramp and rowing club located within 5 minutesâ drive.
Visit local favourites like Tahbilk and Mitchelton wineries, only 10â20 minutes away.
Enjoy the vibrant local dining scene, with several excellent bars and eateries nearby.
The Space:
This nearly new home is thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. Located directly across from Lake Nagambie, you can enjoy peaceful water views and tranquil walks from your doorstep. A small front patio offers the perfect spot to unwind and watch the evening sky. While the front garden is open to the road (not fenced), the backyard is securely fenced and features a shaded deck with an outdoor dining setting for eight.
Guest Access:
Youâll have full access to the entire home during your stay. The garage is not available, as it is used for storage, but there is ample space for two vehicles in the driveway.
Guests are welcome to use anything in the home, including pantry and fridge itemsâjust kindly leave a note if you finish something.
Comfort & Climate Control:
Heating: A split system heats the main living area when internal doors are closed. For whole-home heating, gas ducted heating is available, with the control panel located near bedrooms 2 and 3. Please keep the sliding door slightly open to ensure proper airflow to the hallway return vent.
Tip: In cooler months, preheat the home for 10 minutes before bed, then reduce the temperature to 16â17°C overnight.
Cooling: The home is equipped with evaporative cooling. To function properly, ensure there is fresh air circulation by opening a window or doorâsuch as the rear sliding door.
