Welcome to your tropical escape in the heart of Port Douglas! This beautifully appointed two-storey Queenslander-style townhouse is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Downstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen area flows through French doors to a private courtyardâperfect for alfresco meals or an evening BBQ. Thereâs also a convenient powder room and internal access to a secure garage.
Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, both with their own private ensuite bathrooms. The king sized master bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the sparkling swimming pool, while louvred windows throughout the home capture the natural breezes to keep you cool in the tropical climate.
Whether youâre unwinding after a day at the reef or enjoying a sunset drink on the balcony, this home is the perfect blend of character, style, and coastal charm.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
