* Membership covers two adults at the same household address only. Children under 21 with the same address are included.
* Guests not in the same household may accompany members when using the clubhouse.
* Additional Fees are payable to the HOA at the clubhouse upon arrival for the stay. $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for a permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access.
NOTICE: The HOA office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Amenity cards can be picked up Monday through Friday from 1 pm - 4 pm.
