The accommodation features custom-made furniture, a Danish wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and an automatic washing machine. The entire floor is for your private use, with two bedrooms, bathrooms in each room, a work area, and a private entrance.

We provide a medium-dark roast coffee blend made from rare Atlantic beans. There are also drip bags with freshly ground coffee for easy brewing. The room has a top-of-the-line De'Longhi La Specialista espresso machine for espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos. We also offer Japanese hand-drip coffee tools like the Origami Dripper and KOGU.

For Guests with Children:

We kindly ask for your understanding that children aged 6 and above will be charged the adult rate.
For children under 6 years old, the accommodation fee will be waived. However, we kindly request that you inform us of the number of children in advance.

Identity Verification:

In accordance with the new Private Lodging Law, we require all guests to provide a valid ID (passport, driver's license, or My Number Card) along with a copy.

For Stays of 28 Nights or More:
In Japan, for stays of 28 nights or longer, a short-term rental agreement must be signed. Prior to your stay, we will send a contract via email for your signature, so we ask for your understanding.

Housekeeping Services:

For stays of 6 nights or less, housekeeping services are not available.
For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer weekly cleaning and trash disposal services.
Since the villa has a washing machine, guests can wash sheets and towels themselves, but we also offer this service for a fee.
Amenities and supplies are provided based on the length of your stay, but there are no additional replenishments.
