The tile foyer of this two-bedroom townhomeâs entry leads into a charming living room with plush cobalt blue seating. With a picturesque lagoon view, the living room also features a TV plus access to the outdoor deck with table for four.
The neighboring dining room seats six, also viewing the winding lagoon, with sliding glass doors that open to the deck.
With stone flooring, the fully outfitted kitchen offers every major appliance, plus a pass through window to the dining room and a nearby full-sized washer and dryer.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms including the master with soft yellow floral covered swing king-sized bed, flat screen TV and lovely view of the lagoon, magnolias and moss-draped oaks. Its bath includes a wide vanity and tub/shower.
Offering white wicker furnishings, the second bedroom houses two double beds and features a bathroom with walk-in shower.
