You can do many activities even though you're staying in apartment all day, you can swim, drink coffee, get food delivery and enjoy a cozy apartment all day long.

- Elevators, so if you are carrying a large luggage, it should be no problem at all

- Car parking
- 24-hour security guard, if you have food delivered to the apartment, you have to pick it up at the lobby due to security issues
OUTSIDE APARTMENT FACILITIES (don't need access card) :
- Paid laundry facility
- Small convenience store (Indomaret)
- Local coffee shop (Phago Cafe)
- Local canteen

- DO kindly provide a brief description of all persons staying in the apartment or your purpose in Jakarta when inquiring. This will help me speed up your booking selection process.

- DON'T smoke inside the apartment. It is bad for your health
- DON'T bring pets, even though i love animals, but the apartment management wouldn't let me
- DON'T party and do criminal activities or anything against the law
- As this is an apartment not a hotel, i appreciate your common courtesy and understanding to tidy up after yourselves before you check out
- MUST i remind you about 1 thing: that this unit is not available for cooking, only basic cooking, so i recommend to do take outs or deliveries
- Be wise in energy consumption (water & electricity 1.300W ) peace, love, smile :)
