The space
Enjoy a cozy and well-equipped one-bedroom basement suite featuring a queen-sized bed, spacious living room with sleeper sofa, a private bathroom, a full kitchen and private laundry room. The kitchen includes all essential appliances and cookware to make your breakfast and other daily meals. The living area is fitted with a brand-new Samsung 50 inches smart T. Youâll have access to private washer and dryer with laundry soap provided. The unit is cool in the summer and heating is available to keep you comfortable during colder months.

Township Shopping Centre : 8 minutes drive away. Includes Sobeys, Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, Real Canadian Superstore, Canadian Tire, Sobeys, Safeway, Coops, and various restaurants and cafés.
