Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen bed, walk-in robe, and private ensuite with shower, bath tub, toilet, and double vanity. Bedroom 2: Equipped with a queen bed and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Also fitted with a queen bed and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 4: Ideal for kids or additional guests, this room offers two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. Main bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet for added convenience. The open-plan living and dining area is bright and inviting, complete with a large lounge, smart TV, and dining table for six. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. Walk in pantry stocked with cooking essentials, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and basic pantry items. Laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry products. Outdoor Area covered with outdoor seating and a secure backyard — great for enjoying Darwin’s warm evenings. Secure double garage with internal access and additional driveway space. Free Wi-Fi Air conditioning throughout Essentials provided including body wash, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent. As our guest, you will have full and private access to the entire home during your stay. This is a standalone home, so you won’t be sharing any areas with other guests or the host. Access instructions will be sent to you prior to arrival. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No Smoking Inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. You’re welcome to smoke outdoors in designated areas—please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. No Parties or Events: This home is in a quiet residential area and is suited for respectful guests. Strictly no parties or large gatherings. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless previously approved. Please contact us before booking if you're travelling with a service animal. Security & Safety: For your safety, the property may have external security cameras (e.g. at the front entrance), but none inside the house. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are installed. Maintenance & Cleanliness: The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. Please notify us immediately if anything requires attention so we can address it promptly.
