You will be getting 2 full buildings, next door to each other! Each building consists of 2 townhomes. 1 Building has 2, 4 bedroom 2 full bath townhomes and the second building has 2, 3 bedroom 2 full bath townhomes. Theree is a totaal of Both buildings are newly furnished (August 2019). This is perfect for large groups!

Unit 1 = 4 bedrooms with 5 Queen size beds and 2 twin size beds and 2 full bathrooms and a full size kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a meal
Unit 2 = 4 bedrooms with 5 Queen size beds and 2 twin size beds and 2 full bathrooms and a full size kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a meal

Dan made this stay so smooth and was very responsive. Located in a great part of STL for adults with ample room! The locations have a variety of parking too. Great stay and would highly recommend! I would love to stay again

Perfect for Large Guys Trip

Great location - townhouse are a 1 min walk from each other. Comfortable beds, plenty of places to sleep. Functional kitchens and bathrooms. Served its purpose for a 22 person reunion.

Beware

You canceled my reservation 24hrs prior to taking possession. So we were unable to make new arrangements before family arrived. I looked at the property and see that it was not what vrbo advertised and obviously the owner could not secure an occupancy permit.

Not up to par!

We are a group of 25 family members and rented this because it said the buildings were next to each other and they were not. They were down the alley from each other, which was not a problem, but we expected them to be closer. It is near restaurants and bars, which is nice, but it does make the noise level loud at night. If you have littles with you, it is not a good place to stay. The communication with the manager was easy, check in was easy, but all four units were were not very clean. There was hair everywhere, "dust bunnies" on the walls and celings and the base boards were terrible. There was some faulty furniture in each unit. My grand daughter ran around for a bit without socks on and the bottom of her feet were black due to the floors not being clean. We had to wipe down the counter tops because they were sticky. The manager did say he would have someone come clean and fix the furniture, however we were already settled in and did not want anyone coming in while we were there. This should have been done, and we did not check in until 4. We stayed because we payed for the weekend and it would have been hard for a group of our size to find anything else. I read the prior reviews and it said the places were clean, but they were not. If you have a large group, the towel situation was sparce as well. They are old buildings, and they do have that charm and wear and tear, but the lack of cleanliness was very disappointing. We would not stay here again.

Hosts were responsive. The location proved excellent for our family activities as we took advantage of the Zoo, City Museum, Arch, and Gardens; all a short uncongested drive away. There is a nice park/playground 3 blocks walk from the units which was our evening go to for the kids to run and play. The one back yard which we were able to use (the other was under repair) was a nice spot with comfortable patio furniture (may I say nicer than some of the indoor furniture), but not reclusive. Plenty of parking.The listing led me to believe that the buildings were adjacent. Don't be fooled, they are half a block away, down an alley lined with stinky trash bins. The units themselves are poorly kept up. There was plaster falling from a corner of one kitchen, tiles off a shower wall, moldy separating grout/caulking around tubs, protruding nail heads from deck railing, fencing boards missing, stains on rugs, trash left under several beds, squeaky mattresses... you get the idea. We were disappointed by the accommodations, despite which we had a wonderful family reunion due to the fact that we were focused on each other and fun activities rather than our surroundings.

Better on the Inside than Out!

Well kept older property. The general area initially made us a little nervous, but there are several businesses, clubs, and restaurants right around the corner.The buildings, being older, had their expected squeaks and creaks, but all-in-all we were very pleased with out stay! The property managers were very prompt to respond to all my pre-visit questions and also were nice enough to text me to help with some struggles I had getting in initially.The biggest "challenge" for us as a large group was that it is essentially four different properties. We knew it was going to be two buildings, but we didn't realize that each building was going to be two houses. Splitting up our group four ways made for some challenges, but we managed!Overall, it was a very positive experience!

The communication with the manager was great- they were clean, but much more aged than the photos. the two buildings are not right next to each other they are down any alley way or around a street corner so that is something to consider that isn't clear in the description. It is also next to a very noisy club in a not really nice neighborhood. Beds are very squeaky and the kitchen amenities lacking- no kitchen towels, hotpads cutting boards etc- The manager did get us extra towels and responded to messages in a timely manner. The outside areas were really nice for our very large group, and check out and in were very easy and nice.

Our stay this weekend

Very nice location host was quick to respond to needs. Only down side to it is 2 different locations and no downstairs bedrooms for the elderly. Other than that everything was great.
