Welcome to "A Shore Thing," your next favorite beach getaway! This newly built, modernly furnished sound-side house is ready to make your vacation unforgettable.
Step inside to find a game room on the ground floor, equipped with a foosball table and two arcade games. Directly head outside from the game room to the pool area, perfect for floating on a warm summer day, entertaining in the outdoor kitchen/seating area, or enjoying a nightcap in the hot tub.
The middle floor features three bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, and one full hall bathroom. The washer and dryer are conveniently located near the bedrooms, along with a half bathroom on the landing as you make your way upstairs.
Within the top floor, you'll discover a kitchen, bar with seating for three, coffee bar, electric fireplace, and a living room with a sleeper sofa. If entertaining is your love language, gather your family around the eight-seater dining room table with easy access to the screened-in porch for stunning sunsets.
