OCEANSIDE VILLAGE - 3 Bed 2 bath, ground floor unit - GOLF CART INCLUDED

Oceanside Village is located between Business 17 and N. Waccamaw Drive off Melody Lane in Surfside Beach.

On the property there are two outdoor pools, splash pad and hot tub. There are bathrooms at both outdoor pools. The indoor pool is newly renovated and hot tub has been added. There are bathrooms and showers at the indoor pool. There is a playground, basketball court and pickleball court. We are within walking distance to the beach, there is also private beach front parking with vehicle/golf cart spaces, there are public bathrooms and a shower area to wash the sand off your feet.
**Gate cards for beach access are purchased at the Oceanside Village Office for $30, $15 is refunded when you turn the card back in before you leave. On Sunday the gate card can be purchased at Rose Real Estate which is at the corner of Hwy 17 and Melody Ln (right beside the entrance to Oceanside Village)

We are close to Garden City, Murrell's Inlet, Pawley's Island, Huntington Beach State Park and Myrtle Beach State Park.

Our ground floor unit has three bedrooms and two full baths (master bath has a jetted tub, no shower). The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, glasses and utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, hand mixer, blender, toaster, drip coffee make and new refrigerator. There's also a crock pot, Insta Pot, electric can opener, blender, everything you'd need to cook and serve a meal.

TV's in all bedrooms are connected to Spectrum cable.

There is a cornhole board, tennis rackets, bicycles for adults and children, small life vests for kids, arm floaties, baby float, beach toys , beach umbrella and cooler.

There is a nice patio with dining table/chairs for 4, fire pit, seating area for 6, outdoor bar with 2 stools.

We are pet friendly, there is a dog park within walking distance of our home. We provide a pet waste station. We allow 2 pets and they MUST be included on the reservation and pet fee MUST be paid with reservation. No large dogs and no aggressive breeds.

Owners are on-site and is always available to answer any questions that you may have and can tell you where the best restaurants and other places are to go!

If you are interested in planning a trip for fishing, Neil can help you plan it with local knowledge of guides, charters and local fishing spots.

We strive to have our guests have a wonderful stay in our home! We can always be reached by phone, text, email or through VRBO.

We provide the following;
1 week stay - 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags for each trash can.

Less than 1 week stay - 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, roll of paper towels, 1 garbage bag for each trash can.

Food Lion grocery store is located right across Highway 17, Walmart is also close and Walmart and Instacart will deliver here. All of the food delivery services also deliver here.

This was such a cute place and perfect for a small group or family. The included golf cart came in so handy to drive down to the beach and to pop over to our family’s rental in the same village on Morning Glory. All of the appliances were clean, everything that was listed to be there was there, the outside seating area was great for morning, coffee, and the hosts were so kind and extremely responsive via messaging.We were even lucky enough to meet Salty Santa himself. Our niece, who was staying over at a different rental, got a real kick out of him and talked about him the rest of the week. So lucky that Neil and Paige “know” him. I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family beach getaway! The home was spacious enough for our family of five plus our dog, and the overall setup was very comfortable. The location inside the community was fantastic, and having golf cart access made getting to the beach and enjoying the amenities effortless. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking as well. The hosts were kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with.A couple of small quirks worth noting: one of the beds has a noticeable dip in the middle, and the water-saving toilet required a quick manual adjustment occasionally when flushing. Overall, these were minor details in an otherwise great stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily book again

This was the best property we’ve stayed at in the area! Not only was the property great but so was the whole community. People were so friendly and helpful. The hosts go above and beyond to answer all questions and give you info on the area including great places to eat and local attractions. We have a 6 year old, so having surprise interactions with Salty Santa were a bonus! Private beach parking (for a small fee for the week) was awesome, no messing with an app to have timed pay to park! Also having a golf cart included with the house was a huge money saver. Neil and Stephanie are really outstanding hosts. They answered all of our questions even during our stay they continued to answer our questions promptly. Thanks again!!

This home was perfect. The location, the amenities and the owners were very helpful. The house was clean and fully stocked. The golf cart was so convenient. By the end of the trip my mother wanted to sell her house and move to this neighborhood. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Host were great. Property not so great. Host's van was parked in a way that made it impossible to see oncoming traffic when leaving property. Trail to get into house were plastic pads that are serious trip hazards. Door knob and locking mechanism needs replacing with dead bolt locks that renters can use. Outside needs cleaning with a blower and broom before arrival. Inside of house was nice and quaint. Lack of ventilation throughout whole unit. Rugs were trip hazards. Bathroom toilet would not fill without removing lid and tapping plastic float. Mattresses sunk 10 inches. Golf cart was excellent addition. House just needs some serious TLC. Has the potential. Just not sure why the lack of attention to obvious flawed details. Not trying to be unappreciative and the whole compound is a great place to visit. The stay was enjoyable, just not sure if previous ratings were correct.

We were nevertheless very disappointed to read your 6/10 rating and the concerns described in your review. None of these concerns were brought to our attention during your October 3–9 visit. We would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss them and address anything we could while you were here. We care about our guests’ comfort and put considerable effort into making everyone feel welcome. For clarification, our van is visible in the listing photographs, and the property is on a quiet street within a gated community with security patrols. We understand that visibility when leaving the driveway matters and would have welcomed a conversation about your difficulty. We clean before each arrival, including the outside area. Wind can bring additional leaves from neighboring properties after cleaning, particularly in the fall. The additional interior deadbolts are intended for use while guests are inside, much like an extra hotel-room security lock. Your comments about the walkway, rugs, ventilation, mattresses, and toilet warrant checking. Although we have not received the same complaints previously, we recognize that your experience was different. In particular, the toilet-refilling issue would have been helpful to know about during your stay so we could investigate it promptly. We respect your right to share your experience. However, we were saddened by the suggestion that previous guests’ positive ratings were not accurate. Those reviews reflect their experiences, just as this review reflects yours. We are glad you found your stay enjoyable overall, and we wish we had been given the opportunity to resolve your concerns before you left.

This property was phenomenal! The place was super clean and smelled great when we got there! It was located perfectly to everything and the golf cart made the beach trips a breeze and the scavenger hunts even more fun! The patio was a great area for us to relax in the evenings and enjoy each other, as well as, cooking out. It was well stocked with everything we needed and then some! The pots and pans were awesome! Lots of beach items to keep us from having to go out and buy things! Coupon books and an info binder were very helpful to us! The most phenomenal part of our trip, however, were our hosts!!!! They felt like family from the first night and were very helpful! We are already planning our stay next summer with Saltey Santa and Paige (and, of course, Arlo and Bandit)! We simply cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay…..the owners were helpful with anything we needed and so nice and friendly….the house is very convenient to the beach especially with the golf cart….we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family….would love to stay again.

We traveled with my son and daughter-in-law /grandchildren/grand dog. The accommodations were perfect for us. The house was clean and the outside patio was awesome We grilled out a couple of times, and it was very nice. My daughter and her family also rented a home in Oceanside Village, so it was great being with both kids and all the grandkids and their pets. Having the golf car available was a blast (and so appreciated) and we enjoyed it and the private beach access was perfect. We had stayed at Oceanside Village last year and that's why we came back again. The owner was so very nice to talk to on our last day and we enjoyed meeting him. The air conditioner worked great (it was a hot week) and a nice side by side refrigerator and other kitchen appliances were there and worked perfectly. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed...dishes, utensils, glasses, bowls, silverware, etc. etc. Although we brought our own, there were beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys, cooler, umbrella, etc. Oh yeah, and bicycles were available too for the kids. Thanks to the owners for a great week. Hope to go back again in the future.

Oceanside Village is a gated community . It is a peaceful, family friendly place. The pools, hot tub, and kids water play area were a hit with my family. Within walking distance to the beach. Our host Salty Santa is a wealth of knowledge on restaurants. We had a fantastic time. Definitely would stay here again.

Despite a tropical storm, we made the most of our trip. The amenities helped keep the kids entertained. The hosts were available when needed and the space fit our family of 5 and our dog very well.

Nice place close to beazh

Great all around.

We had a great time in your property. Neil was very helpful with info about local fishing spots, local restaurants and even things to do. The property was clean and really nice. We appreciate being able to stay here. Thank you!

Neil was very helpful in telling us about things to do and see as well as places to eat. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots to do in the area. Golf cart was a bonus.

Great week

Just spent a wonderful week here! Everything was as described and having a golf cart to get to the beach was a bonus. Our dog loved the rides! Enjoy the Christmas season Santa(Neil) and Stephanie. Thanks for a great stay!

Whether you’re looking for great local restaurants, hidden fishing spots, or the best places to enjoy live music and nightlife, we’re always happy to point you in the right direction. If you need anything during your stay, we pride ourselves on quick, responsive communication.

At the same time, we fully respect your space. Whether you want recommendations or complete privacy, we make sure your stay is exactly what you’re looking for.

And then there are Bandit and Arlo—our two friendly Shih Tzus. They love meeting people, are great with kids and other dogs, and never pass up a golf cart ride!

We want our guests to have a GREAT vacation! We have many extras at no additional charge that other homeowners don't provide such as beach umbrella, bicycles, and gas grill. We provide gas for the grill. Neil or Paige can always be reached if you need anything or have any issues or concerns.
