The living room overlooks the kitchen and dining room where plenty of time is spent. Kitchen has fully equipped all utensils, enjoy your meals as family at the breakfast bar, dining room table.

The property has a RING doorbell, central air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV. There is a laundry room, washer and dryer with ironing facilities.

Spots for parking in front (driveway) and on side of the property.

Extra Services (MUST BE REQUESTED UNTIL 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN):

POOL HEATING: $35 per day (minimum 3 days)

GRILL: $95 with 1st full propane tank and cleaning provided.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection every day.?Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench) outside the front door. No loose items in trash receptacle or open bags permitted.?

PETS:
We do NOT allow pets. In case of non-compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.
