Comprising of living/meals area, adjoining bedroom with built in robe, kitchen with cooktop and oven, bathroom with shower and toilet, off street parking for one and a communal laundry.
Close to the Australian Catholic Uni, St Vincentâs Hospital and the Royal Ear and Eye Hospital.
Only moments from Gertrude St and transport options, Victoria Parade, Carlton Gardens, Nicholson and Brunswick Streets.
Suitable for city commuters, local workers, and students alike.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.
Other Things to Note:
* only wall mounted heater available in living room *
* No AC available *
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guestâs responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
